Shipping policy

Orders will normally arrive between 1-3 working days via Royal Mail 24 delivery of £4.99. Orders will need to be placed before 2pm Mon - Fri. This applies only to mainland UK postal addresses. Delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 3-4 working days to arrive.

TIMING OF ORDERS

We process orders in our warehouse from 9am to 2pm Mondays to Fridays. Therefore, if your order is placed on a bank holiday, after 2pm, late on a Friday or on the weekend, please expect a small delay. Orders will normally arrive in 2 to 5 working days.

REMOTE AREAS

Delivery to remote areas can take an extra 1 to 2 days. Local weather conditions can also affect delivery time.

At this time, we ship orders to mainland UK, Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands. We are unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO addresses.

BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY

Over National UK bank holidays delivery will be delayed. Orders will be fulfilled on the next working day and will take 3 to 5 working days to be delivered.

Please Note: Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday and after 2pm on a Friday will mean your order will be dispatched on the Monday. Working days are Mondays to Fridays excluding bank holidays.
